Sim 83 at the Ford Open House
Last weekend, an open day Summit Avto – Ford Slovenija was held in the Slovenian Olympic Committee in the Crystal Palace. The event combined automotive passion, sportsmanship and modern technology.
Rally championship on Sim 83 simulator
Visitors were able to test the professional rally simulator Sim 83, which provides an extremely realistic feeling of driving. Each participant could compete in the mini rally championship, where the decision was made by hundredths of a second. The atmosphere was competitive, but at the same time fun – like a real rally experience in a safe environment.
Grand prize: a new Elan bike
Additional motivation was provided by an attractive prize: the winner of the rally championship took home a brand new Elan bike. The competitors thus combined sportsmanship, precision and adrenaline – all in the spirit of healthy competition and connecting technology with sport.
An event that connects motoring and sports
Ford Slovenia and Sim 83 collaborated to show how driving simulator technology can also be used as an excellent tool for events, team building and promotions. With its modular simulators, Sim 83 enables quick setup in different locations, high reliability and adaptability for all types of events.
